An exhibition showcasing the diverse artwork of 80 artists responding to the title theme: artwork which invokes or reflects a momentary calm, allowing us a pause for breath as we negotiate these turbulent and uncertain times.

I have a chronic illness and spend a lot of time sitting in my tiny urban garden admiring the plants that grow around me. These are tiny worlds that reveal themselves when you slow down, when you stop and look closely, when you breathe deeply.
